Kevin Baumann – President and CEO

• Mr. Baumann has extensive experience in the oilfield waste management industry
• Owner: K. Baumann Resources Ltd. (sold to Newalta Inc. in 1988)
• Founder and part owner: Edson Oil Cleaning (sold to CCS Inc. in 1995)
• Founder/Owner: Producers Disposal Services (sold to Moveitonline Inc. in 2003 then Deepwell Energy Services Trust)
• Mr. Baumann is responsible for the monitoring of all field activities and identifying and executing growth opportunities for the company

Greg Beddoes –Chief Operating Officer

• Greg has over 30 years experience in industry including oilfield services, oil sands, and upstream oil and gas operations
• Business development experience including mergers and acquisitions, conventional and non-conventional finance
• Formerly Special Projects Co-coordinator with Bonus Resource Services Corp., working in acquisitions, international market development
• Founding President and CEO of Reliance Services Group Ltd. (oilfield services) from inception to becoming a public company
• President and founder of Canstar Environmental Projects Ltd. – Canstar provided drilling waste disposal, site reclamation and pre-site inspection services to the Oil and Gas industry

George Flemming –Chief Financial Officer

• George has over 15 years of legal and investment banking experience
• Joined Canaccord Capital Corporation in 2000 after several years of corporate and securities law practice. At Canaccord, George rose to the role of Director and was responsible for oilfield services coverage, taking a lead role in financings for a number of energy services companies and income trusts

Gerald Feschuk – Co-Founder

• Gerald has 25 years of professional engineering experience in the private and public sectors, including upstream and midstream operations
• Management of regulatory and environmental affairs, environmental consulting, regulation of a variety of industries. Regulatory policy work for the Alberta government
• Built and managed a successful oilfield waste facility in Northern Alberta. Founder of several successful business ventures. Gerald is an active supporter of charities and cultural organizations

Terry Anne Hertz - Accounting / Office Manager

• Terry Anne has over 25 years of accounting experience, many of them
  with a direct or indirect involvement in oil and gas. Her experience includes management, accounting, human resources, production accounting and administration. Terry Anne moved from Taber, Alberta shortly before starting with Rotex Energy. During her 20-plus years in Taber she co-owned a business and worked in and around waste disposal as a Human Resources/Office Manager.
